Where do you ship?
We ship gift packages anywhere in the United States. We're sorry, but we do not ship outside of the U.S. Heat warning - Unfortunately due to the sensitivity of our chocolate, the dipped Chipn'etzels as well as our chocolate covered Twinkies(r) and Devil Dogs(r) will not be available during warm weather months - May through September.
How is the shipping charge determined?
The shipping charge is based on both the weight of the package and the type of service desired (2nd day, standard next day or priority next day). During the check out process you will be asked to choose which service you prefer. Will the cookies be fresh if they are sent 2nd day? Absolutely! Our cookies come wrapped to ensure their freshness upon arrival.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders placed online can be paid on our site through our full secured partner PayPal. We accept all major credit cards. If you have any questions or would like to order over the phone please feel free to call our offices at 646-371-9118.
How far in advance do I have to place my order?
You may place your order as far in advance as you like. For nationwide shipping, due to the fresh baked goodness of our cookies and treats, we currently shipping out orders every Wednesday unless otherwise specified.

We also do not share, sell or reveal any personal information about our customers or recipients.
